Welcome to Mini V! We are organising a local musical event to be held in the Chew Valley area, which primarily is aimed at the enjoyment of some 500-ticket holders and secondly gives us a chance to raise money for the following charities, British Heart Foundation, CLIC and the MS Society. All money raised from ticket sales during the day and night will go to these charities. This is a completely non-profit event. The inspiration for this event came when Luke Hasell committed himself to raise over £4000 by running the London and New York Marathons for charity. Now, this isn't anything to compare to Glastonbury Festival in terms of size, but remember we are in our first year! Unfortunately we're are now sold out of tickets, but if you wait 12 months you can come next year, where it'll be bigger and even better! See you then!!

What else? Along with all the music being played throughout the day, we've also arranged some extra things so you can rest your ears a little. Some of which are Dancing Yoga, Bouncy Castle, Air Guitar Competition, Fire Throwing, Bungy Running, Bucking Bronco, Delcious Hog and Lamb Roast along with a selection of other food stands and of course a Traditional Local Cider stand! Enjoy!!
When and how much? Saturday 9th June at 2pm. £20 per ticket. You can buy your tickets online by using our "Paypal" account. If you are already registered with "Paypal", simply make sure you have nominated your bank card in your "Profile" and then click on "Send Money" and use the following email address for payment: luke@thestorygroup.co.uk. If you haven't registered with Paypal, just follow the step by step instructions and you'll be finished in 5 minutes. Once its setup, add your bank card and click on 'Send money". Once we have received your payment we will send a confirmation email. Get your tickets here
Parking Due to limited parking provisions there will be mini-bus shuttle service being carried out during the whole day and night. This service will not be free of charge although you can be safe in the knowledge that a large contribution to the charities will be made. If people require picking up from the following locations then please text "Mini V tab + number of passengers + pick up time" for pick up at the Tabacco Factory, North Street, Bedminster OR text "Mini V Tem + number of passengers + pick up time" for pick up outside Temple Meads Train Station, Bristol to 07970 869473 . To book a Taxi either to or from the event please ring Mike Jones on 0794 4859 974.
Sponsor us I would like to take this opportunity to ask your company if you would like to sponsor these events in some way. We are not looking for just ONE sponsor for the entire event, but rather we feel it would be more prestigious and worthwhile to offer advertising plaquards for those that wish to make a small monetary contribution so that everyone can feel a part of a truly unique local musical event. There too are other options, from supplying a prize for the fund-raising raffle to sponsoring the main or secondary music stage. It is entirely up to you and any contribution at all will be received with great thanks from the organisers.
